Rushton scored the game-winning goal on a penalty shot 24 seconds into overtime, as the Tigers defeated Boston University 2-1 in overtime Saturday. She was slashed on a breakaway attempt to cause the penalty shot. Rushton came in, faked the backhand and went to the forehand for her second goal of the season. Rushton also assisted on RIT's lone goal in Friday's loss at Boston University. She now has five points in 10 games played this season.
