Nesbitt was named Most Valuable Player of the Liberty League Tournament after making 32 saves and recording a .640 save percentage in leading the Tigers to their sixth straight league championship. Friday, Nesbitt stopped 14 of 20 shots on goal in three quarters of play, as RIT rolled to a 20-10 win over Clarkson in the semifinal. In the championship game, Nesbitt made a career-high 18 saves, as the Tigers got past St. Lawrence, 13-12 in overtime. Nesbitt has now won 10 straight starts, with a .620 save percentage over that stretch.
