Erin, RIT's coxswain of RIT's Varsity 8, helped the Tigers win their first Liberty League Championship on Friday. An exceptional motivator and coach on the water, Loughran helped guide the Varsity 8 to a 12 second win over William Smith, securing RIT's first automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.
