Gorman, a preseason All-American pick, picked up where he left off last season, batting .667, going 6-for-9 with two home runs, a double, triple, five runs scored, and four RBIs in a doubleheader split at Arcadia University Sunday. In game one, Gorman homered in his first at-bat of the season and added a second homer later in the game, as RIT rolled to an 11-2 win. In game two, Gorman was 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs scored, and two RBIs. The two homers were the 18th and 19th of his collegiate career, now just three shy of the 37-year old school mark.
