Powell scored two goals in the 4-3 win over Mercyhurst Wednesday. He scored RIT’s first goal, a power-play marker late in the first period and added a goal just 10 seconds into the third period. Powell leads the Tigers in scoring with 13 points on seven goals and six assists this season.
