Horde was named Most Valuable Player of the 31st Annual Harold J. Brodie Tournament over the weekend, averaging 21 points, 5.5 assists and 4.0 boards, while shooting .917 from the foul line, as RIT won the tourney. Making his season debut on Friday, Horde scored 12 points and dished out eight assists in a 98-82 win over D'Youville. Saturday, he poured in a career-high 30 points, draining four 3-pointers, while going 8-for-8 from the foul line in a 79-75 win over Hamilton. He added six boards, three steals, three assists and two blocks in the victory.
