Richards, a senior captain, tallied in the 89th minute as the RIT (5-2-5, 1-1-2 Liberty League) women's soccer team tied St. Lawrence University 1-1 in Liberty League action from Canton, N.Y. on Saturday afternoon. It was her first goal of the season and second of her career. She controlled the ball in the box and fired into the net sending the game into overtime for a crucial point for the Tigers in league play.
