Giannino was the individual winner at the 2013 Liberty League Men's Cross Country Championships held on the campus of Bard College on Saturday. He won the race by nine seconds over Trevor Bibb of St. Lawrence, finishing the 8,000-meter course with a time of 25:08. He had a mile rate of 5:04 in defeating 124 other runners. He is the first Tiger to win the individual race at the Liberty League Championships. Giannino is an All-Liberty League first team selection.
