Tellgren won the 3-meter diving event on Saturday, as the Tigers opened their season with a dual meet against Rensselaer. He defeated All-American teammate John Tellgren in the 3-meter with a winning score of 233.80. In the 1-meter, DePalo was second to Tellgren with a score of 221.25.
