Balenton was named MVP of the 28th Annual Harold J. Brodie Tournament hosted by RIT over the weekend. On Tuesday, he opened the week with 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting in a win over Baptist Bible. On Friday, Balenton scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in an 83-71 win over D'Youville. He followed that up with 10 points in a 61-50 win over Keuka in Saturday's Brodie Tournament Championship game. For the week, Balenton averaged 15.7 points per game, 4.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists in three games last week for the Tigers. Balenton leads the team in scoring, averaging 13.9 points per game and is second in rebounding averaging 4.1 boards per game.
