2008-09: Named the RIT Female Athlete of the Week, Oct. 20 ... competed in seven cross country events ... earned All-Empire 8 second team honors with a top 5,000-meter time of 19:12 ... garnered two top-10 finishes at the Oswego State and the SUNY Geneseo Invitational.

2007-08: Won the 1,500-meter at the Raider Open in 5:06.53 ... earned All-Empire 8 second team indoor honors in the 1,500-meter ... had season-best times of 2:28.56 in the 800-meter, 4:58.74 in the 1,500-, 5:22.72 in the mile, 10:54.06 in the 3,000-, and 19:43.14 in the 5,000-meter ... recorded a season-best time of 19:46 at the NYSCTC Championships during the cross country season ... placed 24th at the Empire 8 Championship.

Before RIT: Ran four seasons of varsity cross country and track and field at Amherst High School ... senior captain in both sports ... five-time team MVP ... holds the 4x800-meter relay outdoor record ... track and cross country Rookie of the Year.
