ROCHESTER, NY – The RIT women's soccer team was selected to finish third in the 2015 Liberty League Preseason Coaches Poll, announced by the conference on Friday, August 28. They also received one first place vote. Eight-time defending Liberty League champion William Smith is the top ranked team in the polls, with eight first-place votes and 64 points total.
 
The Tigers return 22 players from last year's squad, which finished 8-5-5. They open the 2015 season with a road game against cross-town rival Nazareth on Sept. 1. They return home to host the Rachael Miller Tournament, taking on Allegheny College and Emmanuel College Sept. 5 and Sept 6. Conference play begins on Sept. 26 when they face St. Lawrence University at Tiger Stadium. Here is the complete 2015 RIT women's soccer schedule.
