In four seasons of basketball, Margot Sandy collected 1,136 points, ranking her second on the all-time list. From 2003-2007, Margot averaged 11.5 points and 6.7 rebounds in 99 games. She holds the school record with a career best 35.1 three-point field goal percent. In her final season she set the mark, connecting on 42.2 percent of her three point shots. She also tied the record with six three-pointers in a game. Margot was named All-Empire 8 four straight years. The co-captain also earned Empire 8 President's List honors her junior and senior seasons. The native of Grand Blanc, MI maintained a 3.7 grade point average in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology and went on to receive her master's degree in Product Development Engineering. She also guided RIT to their first Empire 8 Tournament in 2006-07.
