    Lynn Fuller was a self-taught javelin thrower who became RIT's first All-American in track and field when he captured third place in the NCAA Championships in 1970. The Tigers posted a 33-2 record during his years of competition. A former record-holder in the javelin and shot put, Fuller compiled 233 points during his career. Fuller also competed on the RIT club football team in 1968, gaining recognition as Outstanding Lineman.
