Jim Robinson was a two-time all-American basketball player (1967 and 1968). Robinson set nine school records, five of which still stand. He finished third in NCAA College Division scoring, averaging 33.3 points per game in 1968. The guard/forward was three time Athlete of the Year (1966, 1967, and 1968). In four seasons he averaged 26.7 points per game. Other records include: most points one game (48), most points in one season (798); most field goals one game (21), most field goals one season (325) and most attempted field goals in one game (39). Despite playing in just three varsity seasons, his 1.919 career points are the second most in Tiger history.
