Jen Heisner, a Cortland, N.Y. native, played softball and basketball during her career at RIT. In 2000, Heisner was an All-ECAC as well as an All-Northeast Region second team selection in softball. As captain of the softball team in 2001, she led the Tigers to their first and only NCAA Championship appearance. She holds the school record for hits in a season (66, 64, and 64) as well as the record for stolen bases in a season (36, 26, and 19). She set school records in 1999 and 2001 with 47 runs scored in a season, and holds the RIT career record for most games played (151) as well as the all-time career stolen bases record with 81. Heisner holds marks with 465 at-bats, 207 hits and 142 runs scored. She finished with a .455 career batting average which is the second best all time at RIT.
