Jeff Molisani was one of the RIT’s finest point guards. The Clyde, N.Y. native played two years after transferring from Monroe Community College. He capped off his career as Senior Athlete of the Year in 1993. Two-time captain, twice MVP and Most Inspirational, Jeff achieved national recognition as an assist man. At one time he ranked second in the nation with an average of 8.5 assists per game. He was also among the leaders in field goal percentage (60.3) and steals (3.5 per contest). He set school marks with best career field goal percentage (60.3), most assists in a game (15) and most assists in a season (237). He was All-Region and twice All-ECAC and All-League. Molisani scored 813 points in two seasons, averaging 14.8. In 1992-93 he scored 60 points in two games to lead RIT to the ECAC crown.
