ROCHESTER, NY - Sophomore Jennifer Adams of the RIT women's track and field team competed in the long jump at the 2010 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships hosted by DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. on Friday.  She recorded a leap of 5.29 meters in her opening flight, but did not qualify for the finals. 

Adams broke the school record and qualified for the NCAA's with a leap of 5.63 meters at the NYSCTC Championships on Feb. 26.  That same jump would have been fourth best at the NCAA Championships.
