Among the newest outdoor facilities completed in the summer of 2002 is the state-of-the-art RIT Tennis Center with nine lighted hardcourts, wind screens and the three center courts have short fencing on one end to allow for spectator-friendly viewing.  The courts are adjacent to parking lot U, between Clark Gym, the RIT Turf Field, and the Gordon Field House.

The venue has been the site of several Empire 8 Championship Tournaments on both the men's and women's side.
